Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued following approved, inspected returns, instances of defective/incorrect goods, unfulfillable orders, approved pre-shipment cancellations, or valid warranty claims. All approvals are strictly subject to compliance with the Wosux Return & Refund Policy.

Online Payment Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If unavailable, an alternative approved method may be utilized.

COD Order Refunds

For Cash on Delivery orders, Wosux may process refunds via bank transfer, store credit, or other authorized methods, pending additional verification.

Fraud Prevention & Verification Protocols

To ensure operational integrity, Wosux reserves the right to deny refunds if product authenticity cannot be verified via serial numbers/security labels, or if evidence of tampering or misuse is detected. Requests may be delayed if banking information provided is inaccurate.
